Alors qu’en Europe l’entr\u00e9e en vigueur du r\u00e9glement sur la protection des donn\u00e9es (RGPD) le 25 mai dernier marque une volont\u00e9 forte de cadrer l’utilisation des donn\u00e9es, le Congr\u00e8s am\u00e9ricain a de son c\u00f4t\u00e9 vot\u00e9 une loi, le\u00a0Clarifying Lawful Overseas Use of Data Act (CLOUD act) qui va en sens inverse.<\/p>\n

Entr\u00e9e en vigueur le 23 mars dernier, ce texte est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 faciliter l’obtention par l\u2019administration am\u00e9ricaine de donn\u00e9es stock\u00e9es ou transitant \u00e0 l’\u00e9tranger, via notamment les op\u00e9rateurs et fournisseurs de services en ligne.<\/p>\n
